Turner tal-Kompost tat-Tip b'żewġ roti Fir-Razzett Kbir tal-Klijent Russu
On June 7th, 2024, we received an inquiry from Benjamin Gonzalez, a representative of ABY TECH, S.A. He works in this prominent intermediary company in David, the capital of Chiriquí Province, Panama. Barra minn hekk, ABY TECH, S.A. deals in chemicals products, petrochemicals, plastics, and perfumes, serving a variety of local clients. Għalhekk, this particular inquiry was on behalf of a local Panama’s farm. Ukoll, Benjamin was interested of our fertilizer mixers and wanted to know more details. So we had the talks.
Organic Fertilizer Manufacturing Requirements of Panamanian Customer
To begin with, Benjamin said his customer runs a small local farm spanning 100 acres, growing bananas, sugarcane, coffee, beans, and other crops. Our company learns this Panamanian farm produces a significant amount of organic waste, including sugarcane bagasse, coffee grounds, and bean residue. So they have ample supply of raw materials for organic fertilizer production, creating a closed-loop agricultural system. Għalhekk, the farm could not only sustain itself but also sell to the local other farmers by providing surplus organic fertilizers. Barra minn hekk, they need two small fertilizer mixers with the hourly capacity of 5 tunnellati. Ukoll, they wanted one organic fertilizer mixer with an electric engine and another with a gasoline engine.

Two Horizontal Mixers For Sale With Siemens Motor
Upon understanding Benjamin’s 5t/h granular organic fertilizer production needs, we proposed horizontal fertilizer blender to mix bagasse, coffee grounds, eċċ. Because 2 opposing rotors in this mixer can achieve fast and soft mixing uniform effect. Barra minn hekk, SXWJ-7015, the smallest model in our plant, can meet his hourly fertilizer output requirements. According to his needs, we design an electric horizontal mixing machine with Siemens motors. So it complies with international standards, ensuring reliability and performance. Madankollu, we take issue with Benjamin wanting a horizontal blender mixer with the gasoline engine. Due to high price of Premium petrol (No. 95 gasoline), $1.39 USD/L, we advised to use diesel engine of horizontal blender for sale. Because diesel costs $1.26 per liter in Panama. Fl-aħħarnett, he decided to buy such two fertilizer mixers, and we offered an average of $1,642 per unit.
3 Flat Die Granulators For Sale With Low Cost
For the farm’s actual ability, the customer aimed to produce 3 tunnellati of organic fertilizer pellets per hour. Initially, we recommended the new-type organic fertilizer granulator due to its pelletizing efficiency and advanced technology. Madankollu, il SXJZ-1000 model price of approximately $8,000 exceeds their budget. Barra minn hekk, the customer wanted to produce organic cylindrical granules measuring Φ4 in size. Għalhekk, we suggested the flat die pellet mill, which is the most economical option at $925 per unit. This machine perfectly met the requirements, producing granules within the specified size range.
