What Is The Production Process

Organic fertilizer production process are briefly as follows: Composting & Fermentation → Crushing → Mixing → (Granulating → ) Drying → Cooling → Screening → Packing.

Fermentation

The fermentation of organic materials is an important aspect of the manufacturing process.

After drying, the temperature of the granules reaches 60-80℃. The heat is so excessive that makes granules easily lump. Portanto, the belt conveyor deliver granules into the cooler to reduce the temperature. We need to pay attention to the temperature with the range of 20-40℃ after cooling, making granules easier to store and transport.

Screening

We offer rotary drum screening machines of excellent quality and performance for separating return materials and the finished products. Packing
