Murakkab o'g'itlar ishlab chiqarish liniyasi

Our company offers the compound fertilizer production equipment with compact layout, scientific and reasonable design, and advanced technology. Bundan tashqari, they have advantages of energy saving and consumption reduction, no environmental pollution, stable operation, reliable operation and convenient maintenance.

Its wide adaptability of raw materials make it applied frequently in compound fertilizer, pharmaceutical, chemical, feed and other industrial granulation, with a high granulation rate.
Basic raw materials of compound fertilizer production need to be crushed to a certain fineness, kabi ammoniy nitrat, karbamid, ammoniy xlorid, kaltsiy nitrat, kaliy xlorid, kaliy sulfat, va hokazo.

Compound Fertilizer Production Process

Compound fertilizer process contains raw material batching, aralashtirish, granulyatsiya, drying, cooling, screening, coating, packing parts.

Partiya

Murakkab o'g'itlar ishlab chiqarish uchun xom ashyo karbamid hisoblanadi, ammoniy nitrat, ammoniy xlorid, MAP, DAP, (og'ir) kaltsiy superfosfat, kaliy xlorid, va hokazo. Mahalliy bozor talablariga va tuproqni aniqlash natijalariga ko'ra ingredientlarni aralashtirishingiz kerak.

Aralashtirish

Ezilgan materiallar umumiy o'g'it ta'sirini yaxshilash uchun ba'zi yordamchi materiallar bilan aralashtiriladi.

Granulyatsiya qilish

Peletlash mashinasining turli xil modellari mavjud, you can choose the right compound fertilizer granulation machine according your requirements.

Quritish

The belt conveyor sends organic fertilizer granules to the dryer to reduce the moisture content and increase the strength.

Sovutish

O'g'it granulalari yuqori haroratga ega va quritgandan keyin to'planishga ko'proq moyil bo'ladi. Sovutish ularni qulay saqlash va tashish imkonini beradi.

Skrining

Sovutgandan keyin, the pellets are screened, the qualified products are separated out, and the unqualified pellets are returned to the crusher and then re-granulated.

Qoplama

Qualified organic fertilizer granules are coated, mikroelementlarni samarali etkazib berishi va granulalarning yorqinligi va yumaloqligini oshirishi mumkin.

Qadoqlash

You can use the automatic packing machine to pack the finished organic fertilizer granules into bags and store them in a dry and ventilated place.

What Is The Equipment Needed for Compound Fertilizer Production Line?

1. Batching System

Batching system mainly consists of feeding system, weighing device, stock bin and conveyor belt. Masalan; misol uchun, statik yig'ish mashinasi has higher precision, better stability and easier measurement compared with dynamic batching machine.

Dynamic batching machine is suitable for continuous proportioning which is adaptive for large scale industrial production. It has higher working efficiency and degree of automation than statik yig'ish mashinasi.

2. Mobile Belt Conveyor

Compared with the ordinary lentali konveyer, it increases the mobile device and lifting device, which makes conveying capacity increase. Shuning uchun, we advise you can equip with a yuklovchi to change the appropriate place for loading and unloading materials.

3. Horizontal Mixer

Horizontal mixer umumiy aralashtirish mashinasidir. Kimyo sanoatida keng tarqalgan, farmatsevtika sanoati, oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarini qayta ishlash zavodi, arxitektura materiallari sanoati va boshqa sohalar.

4. Rotary Drum Granulator

Rotary drum granulator materialni ma'lum bir shaklga keltira oladigan qoliplash mashinasi. Bu, shuningdek, aralash o'g'itlar sanoatida asosiy uskunalardan biridir. Bundan tashqari, this machine has good appearance quality, korroziya va aşınma qarshilik, kam energiya iste'moli, uzoq xizmat muddati, oddiy foydalanish va texnik xizmat ko'rsatish, va hokazo.

5. Rotary Screening Machine

The rotary screening machine is commonly used in compound fertilizer production, which is mainly used for the separation of finished products and returned materials, but also achieves the classification of granules. Bundan tashqari, the machine has easy maintenance, simple structure, easy and smooth operation, which is the ideal equipment in compound fertilizer production.

6. Rotary Coating Machine

Rotary coating machine consists of screw conveyor, rotary cylinder, oil pump, motor, reducer, and gears. It can effectively prevent the agglomeration of compound fertilizer. The inner cylinder consists of polypropylene or stainless steel with good corrosion resistance.

7. Qadoqlash mashinasi

The automatic quantitative packaging machine, which includes single bucket packaging scale and double one, is a mechanical device for quantitative weighing and packaging of granule and powder shape of bulk materials.
